It's Debenham's Birmingham ( different shot on page 24)the railings are Moore Street Station looking across the unused tracks. I wonder if the cladding will be found to be unsafe and removed. HFF Amelia

The building is certainly different, apart from the ticket barriers and electronic detention panels the station is all 1930s HFF and a good weekend
