Objet Trouvé

I spotted this whilst I was walking around Bosham in West Sussex and I thought it would make a nice photo.

I couldn't think of a title for the photo originally, but in a reply to one of my comments on a photo he posted, John Fitzgerald described the subject as an objet trouvé, and when I looked up what he meant, I had my title.

Thanks John :-))

Keith Burton replied to Günter Klaus:

I'm pleased you like this image Güni.............yes, I think this must be for longer hair (but I'm nearly bald, so what do I know) :-)))

That small telephoto, is the longest lens I have at the moment. I used to have a 100-400mm lens, but it was far too heavy for me to carry around, so I sold it last year. My days of chasing wild-life are probably over anyway, so I'm not too worried.

Have a lovely evening my friend, best wishes, Keith.

I would have said "lost not found"... I gave that title to some photos I took of lost items in the beach!
Love this one, perfect composition and depth of field*************************

Keith Burton replied to Xata:

Ah, but it was me that "found" it........and the owner who "lost" it :-)))

Semantics aside, I'm really pleased you like the photo. Thanks for your visit Isabel.

Wonderful textures and a great tittle 9 I had to look it up ) I wonder if it has been reunited with its owner. I lost a lens cap when I did the walk again weeks later it was sat on a fence post waiting for me

Keith Burton replied to Peter Castell:

Glad you like the photo and the title Peter..........I like taking photos of oddities like this! Thanks for dropping in and commenting.

Glad you got your lens cap back..........someone had obviously left it on the fence post hoping the owner would reclaim it..!!
