COLC - benefit spending forecasts

This *might* be because we have
a) an aging population
b) post-covid health problems
c) poor diet / lack of exercise and other factors coming home to roost ...

Alternatively - how about balancing the budget by making sure rich individuals and multi-national companies actually PAY THEIR TAXES properly ...

as for NEET youth [not in education, employment or training] gawd help us - most of the recent ones I've had into the workshop have run miles when actually expected to do actual, real physical work - not everything needs a smart phone !
