And at least one of those "Chalets" is actually a glorified garden shed - and is only used by the family that live full-time in the house at the same place. It is used mainly for storage, but the kids *might* use it for a "sleepover" but it has no bathroom or kitchen !
But the family are charged multiples of council tax on it. They are incomers, but not recently - although the kids speak Welsh, I don't think the family elders can do so.
