. . . The Mullah Nasruddin was sitting in his yard eating hot chilly peppers from a bowl on the ground beside him. His mouth was on fire and tears were streaming down his face. One of his students asked why he was eating the fiery peppers. “I keep hoping for a sweet one,” said Mullah ~ From Sufi Teaching.
