Sean O'Casey Bridge Dublin
This pedestrian drawbridge was designed by architect Cyril O'Neill and opened in July 2005. It's named after the famous Dublin playwright, Sean O'Casey.
The bridge spans almost 100 metres and has two balanced cantilever arms that swing open to permit boats to pass up river. It links City Quay on the southside of the Liffey with the IFSC on Custom House Quay. 09/10/09
