Exactly where on North Pier are you standing ? I have a watercolour of something like this, and I am due to take an image of the Miller Fifer doing the same entrance passage.

Many thanks. As far as I recall, I was standing up against the parapet wall just past the sea lock. The location map shows the position within a few yards.
