Conimex brought Indonesian cooking to the Netherlands with a variety of products. Ketjap manis is Indonesian for Sweet Soja sauce. The Indonesian word kecap (soy sauce) is written as ketjap to make pronounciation easier for Dutch people. Ketjap is a dark brown liquid made from fermented soya beans.
