The ECI Cultuurfabriek is a cultural center along river Roer in the Dutch city of Roermond.

In December 2009, the conversion of the monumental factory buildings of the ECI (Electro Chemical Industry) in Roermond started. ECI Cultuurfabriek took the building into use in September 2012.
