Was your holiday a bit rainier than expected (not having much idea about Spain but I once had some ESL students from Valencia and other parts of Spain)?

We only arrived yesterday Graham! Here for three weeks though.The Northern part of Valencia Province has had lots of rain and terrible flooding in the last week. I read that over 200 people have been killed. A real disaster. Fortunately here it has been OK and hopefully it will stay that way.

It has been in the news here for days now. I hope your holiday weather stays good.
