Melton Mowbray is famous for its pork pies & last week I attended a pie making experience in the town & now I'm really getting into pie making!

Here's one just out of the oven. We made it yesterday and baked it this morning. When it's cold it just needs a couple of holes in the lid for the gelatin to go in. Leave it to set and it's ready to eat!
