British Railways Standard 2 2-6-0 78018 passing through Rushcliffe Halt on the northern section of the GCR with the 12.30 Santa Special. Class 20 diesel D8154 was bringing up the rear.

78018 ran non-stop through the station and made a fine sight heading into the afternoon light. It's good to see this engine helping out the GCR(N) after the recent failure of their engine.
