This photo was taken by a Zenza Bronica S2 medium format film camera and NIKKOR-P 1:2.8 f=7.5cm lens with a Kowa L1A ø67 filter using Fuji Reala 100 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
