Empty Beach

As I peer over the fence at a closed and deserted beach, the thought occurs to me what unprecedented times that we are experiencing!

This photo was taken by an Asahi Pentax 6 X 7 medium format film camera and Super-Multi-Coated Takumar/6X7 1:4.5/75mm lens with a ZYKKOR UV 82mm filter using Kodak Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

Here no, still having tourists, winter visitors fleeing from northern countries to experience a mild warm winter are arriving, not so many as previous years but I am surprised because thay are quite a lot... maybe also because my area is almost covid free...

Scott Holcomb replied to Xata:

May your area remain almost covid free - the visitors must be responsible with their interactions with the residents who live there!
