This photo was taken by an Asahi Pentax 6 X 7 medium format film camera and Super-Multi-Coated Macro-Takumar/6X7 1:4/135mm lens with a Zenza Bronica 67mm SO56•2C(YA3) filter using Kodak 400TX film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

The creation of national monuments is an enlightened act by a President, circumventing powerful business interests in favor of preservation. Now a President has done just the opposite in this part of the country, eviscerating a national monument to appease business interests.
