The upper reaches of Zion soar into the deep blue sky

This photo was taken by a Yashica Electro 35CC and COLOR-YASHINON DX 1:1.8 f=35mm lens with a Pro 52mm (UV) Japan filter using Kodak 135 Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 (6200dpi) and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

This point is nearly 2,500 meters above seal level. In the winter it is covered in deep snow and in the short summer covered with tourists (and photographers).
My old travel camera, the Yashica Electro 35CC, does take 'cool' photos . . .
