This series of collages is delightful! I'm afraid your posts have gotten lost in the mix of my contacts - I wish I had seen these back when. But happily they are here still for me to enjoy now.
They remind me of the manner of my mother who in all things makes do with what she has. For example she needs gold paint for her picture, no gold paint or gold drawing pen? Well, then gold nailpolish will do. And it makes for much better art, as it has here (though I'm not saying you don't pick very carefully, just that it is good art and it reminds me of her way). The use of everyday objects/items gives it a feeling of being part of the real world, giving me a greater connection to it.
