I agree William, I just don't understand why anyone would think it OK for another.

I agree with William and you, but sometimes they are some people that we cannot simply understand, most of the time problems with alcohol, drugs or severe family conflicts or the fear to be put together in a refuge with dangerous people, thievers ... VERY SAD anyway !!

Sad reality indeed
