This is just one tiny corner of the beautiful Dorothy Harvie Gardens at the Calgary Zoo. They have built two or three tiny ponds in this spot. The tree on the left always turns a spectacular colour each fall - eye-catching because in Calgary, our fall colours are mainly golden. Unfortunately, we don't have the magnificent Maple trees growing here, that do grow in various other parts of Canada, especially over in the east.
