What a hailstorm this was! All I could think about was the new roof (which had had to be replaced due to previous hail damage!) and my eight new windows and patio door, lol. The sound was absolutely deafening! Took this quick shot through an upstairs bedroom window, to show a strip of grass and the edge of a parking lot. So glad that this weather stayed away until a few friends and I were safely back home from a day trip, botanizing a private property NW of the city. This photo is also an unwelcome reminder that there aren't many weeks left till snow arrives.
