I was so thrilled to actually find a few fungi this week, when I thought all was done for this season! This is a macro shot of part of a fair-sized display of really small, delicate mushrooms, gathered around and near the base of a tree in Brown-Lowery Provincial Park on 31st August. Each tiny cap was something like half an inch tall. Is this a Coprinus species?
