Tree Swallow
This poor Tree Swallow was born without eyes - and if you believe that, you'll believe anything, LOL! Just didn't catch the bird at the right angle to get a catchlight. You can still see the gorgeous blue iridescence that makes these Tree Swallows so beautiful. Seen when friend, Sue, invited me to go along with her while she did her Mountain Bluebird route a few days ago. Many of the wooden nesting boxes were occupied by Tree Swallows instead of Bluebirds.
