The ground is now covered in golden leaves, many of which are similar to this one. We don't get the beautiful red Maples like they have further east (apart from a few different species of Maple found in some gardens), but yellow has its own beauty. Taken at Mallard Point, Fish Creek Park, yesterday morning after a bird walk. I just had to go back into the park to see if I could find any new mushrooms : )
