Having seen so many fascinating Amazing Circles on Flickr from other members, I just discovered that you can make these circles using dumpr.net (I don't have Photoshop). Please bear with me - I might not be able to STOP! By the way, this started off as a gorgeous Snowy Owl against a deep blue sky!
