For some reason, every time I took a photo using flash, the photo was not what I had expected. Didn't show what I had been looking at when I pressed the button. I know ALL these birds were fast-moving but it didn't feel like that was the reason. Does using flash slow the process? (Canon Powershot S3 IS).
