The only reason this Rough-legged Hawk is so close is that I walked through one of the Aviaries at the Calgary Zoo. The only sign they have inside says "Swainson's Hawk" but I suspected that the birds are not all the same species. I love the feeling of having nothing between you and the Birds of Prey!
