Games !

So much fun..
Laugh...
Fun with friends ..
Your sides will hurt from so much laughter..
There are several categories..

Words..
People..
Movies, etc...

We usually do words.. words you probably have never heard of and never will again ..

But, you have to make up a definition of the word; write it down; pass it to the person in charge (called the Dasher). You move your game piece on the board.. can't explain all of it.. would take up too much space.

You have to get this ! It takes hours to finish, but you don't notice since you are having so much fun !

The definitions your friends (and you) create are hilarious!

This is the box and some of the papers answers were written on (or at least what we thought were good answers !)

Dinner with friends; sharing Mango Wine; green tea & dipping fruit in dark chocolate fondue...

Life is good !

Peggy C replied to Don Sutherland:

Thanks, Don - it is lots of fun.
We had one dear soul who would make up the most outlandish definitions of words, so when he actually was telling the truth .. we didn't believe him!

Peggy C replied to Diane Putnam:

Will have to pass 'hard core crowd' on to them !
The group usually consisted of:
RN [ 2 of them ],
2 Harley Souls [she worked for HD and could take a bike apart-put it back and not have any parts leftover. One of my fave stories about her - she worked in Orlando/was parts manager at the Harley dealership. Before Daytona Bike week many, many people came in to 'chrome-up' their bikes. The bikers would ask her "could I deal with the Parts Mgr?" My friend .. "that is who I am" .. biker .."could I deal with a man?"
THEN, she stood up from behind her desk ... all 6 ft 1inch of her ...
The bikers then took her seriously!

Other players of the game-

graphics designer
HR director for the City
Several of us who worked for Worker's Comp. Ins Co.
Several had own businesses
and - some spouses brave enough to play the Yearly Game !

Oh, most of us were in the same Dance Troupe .. including hand drummers !

It was a popular TV quiz show in the UK in the 60s and early 70s (I think it started out on radio) and was called "Call My Bluff". It was hilarious!
