I have planned to get one as well, for years... But it always stuck into a problem of hardware soon getting out-of-date. If one buys something like Kindle today, it may become hopelessly out-of-date even within a year.

Besides the price between e-books and printed is still not big, at least for books in Finnish.

this is not my experience
I have a Kindle since 5 years.... still working perfectly.....can not travel without books, and in this way I ahve my librery with me.
And since I am now in the 5th week of lockdown, buying neww books is vital, at least for me.
