There is a joke about the reason why this guy is still waiting for a cab to stop since 2014, the problem is that he is facing a cycle lane!

The statue was created in 1983 and was standing on Park Avenue and 47th Street in New York until it was purchased by JP Morgan Chase & Co. and brought to London.
