Hi Katja. This lady was leaving an Oxford University Graduation Ceremony and I'm sure she was going to be picked up by a limousine :-) I don't know the owner of the bicycle :-)

I'm sure if you visited Oxford we could find a suitable bicycle and appropriate skirt for you :-)) I would then take the photos :-))
