Red midge orchid

This tiny Australian native orchid is just moving from the flowering to the fruiting stage. In total, the flowering section is about 4cm long It is a Red midge orchid, botanical name Genoplesium laminatum. Fortunately, a friend knows all these ID and botanical details (I certainly don't). :-) Maybe view large.
