Bumble Bee on Common Brodiaea
This is our most common bumble bee, feasting on the nectar from a Common Brodiaea. This docile species is called the California Bumble Bee and is found from California to British Columbia. I love them because they don't seem as frantic as other species, and they aren't aggressive at all. :)
