Tuolomne River, California, USA. The Class IV on this trip! Unfortunately, I have no photos of us going thru. Even more unfortunately, this area is now all burned off--it was in the heart of the big fire outside and partly within Yosemite last fall.

Yeah, it's going to take a generation to recover, anyway. Probably some of the vegetation right down by the river was spared, at least. IIRC, running the rapid is a matter of getting lined up to go between the rocks! It's a short, sharp drop.
