Found photo in Brandon, Vermont. No information.
At first I just assumed this was an American party. The young guy looks pretty '70s, with his sideburns and shoulder epaulets, and I thought perhaps he's with his Dad, or an uncle at a family party.
Then I saw the number 3 on the door, and thought OK - must be an office party.
I zoomed in as far as I could but wasn't able to read the writing on the sign under the 3 - but it doesn't look like it's written in English.
Lastly, the light switch on the wall is definitely a type I've never seen before.
Probably the true mystery for most people looking at this would be..."Why do you even care?"
