One of the rare really hot days I remember from my childhood in England. Certainly very different now,
L to R: me, my Dad’s niece Margaret who was visiting from Wales, my father, Ray, my brother, Nicholas, and Margaret’s new husband, Ron.
Here we are posed beneath the front room window of our house - still used, at this point, as a playroom.
Love the truck and little watering can on the windowsill.
