Wood, Water, Rocks, Ripples

On the dock at Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire, U.S.A.
August 19th, 2024.
At Lake Sunapee once again for World Photography Day, where it's very difficult to take the time to produce a worthy photo with so many people and so many children filling time and space! (But beautifully.)
I tend to prefer portraits over other forms - but with two babies and lots of energetic thirty-somethings as well as us oldsters, it was a crunch.
Happy World Photography Day to one and all! I enjoy and respect your photographic artistry!

A really nice photo. I am impressed that you managed to capture such a serene type image in the middle of you happy chaos! I like the angles created here and the shadow on the water on the left mimicing the boards of the deck at the bottom. Makes for a very pleasant viewing - and a wish to be able to put my toes in the water!

Happy World Photography Day!

Hello, William, Peter_Private_Box, Xata, Christa, Peter Castell, Laura and Don!
Thank you all so much for your kind words - they are very appreciated!
Life continues helter-skelter here and I'm sorry I have not even had a chance to look and comment on World Photo. Day contributions yet, but I look forward to it.
My best wishes and gratitude to all of you.
