Butchering a sheep near Kherlen
In Mongolia mutton is the common meat people eat. No chicken, no roasted beef, no eggs, no pork, no grilled or fried meat at all, everything cooked with neck and crop and all the bowels in a Mongolian pot. If you have a change to eat in a good restaurant, you've to use every opportunity.
Our tour guide Aroona was our cook too and she has done her job excellent. She has known the need of foreign visitors and she cooked every meal very tasty for us.
