My Spanish brother-in-law is cooking a paella right this minute on his new outside BBQ, but it's a meat one, not fish.

I can cook risotto (I think), but I haven't tried paella yet. I did buy a pan and Bomba rice.

Back in England I was well known for my paella (if I say so myself!). I had a pan, used Bomba rice as you say, got excellent seafood and always kept saffron in stock. Fortunately my barbeque was big enough for the paella pan!
