Not a remarkable building and on the list to be demolished. The plans are to build a couple of very high apartment buildings here, without parking spaces. Unfortunately it is a bit too far from the railway station (so that people will use bicycles, adding to the bicycle parking problems near the station) and the railway station is hitting its limits too, although the corona crisis might dampen the demand a bit.
