Old neighbourhood number
In the old days houses were numbered consecutively in neighbourhoods. Neighbourhoods were given a roman numeral (in this case V, the W stands for Wijk, the Dutch word for neighbourhood), the houses a arabic number. Later the system was changed into house numbers per street. On some old houses the neighbourhood number remained.
