The William The Silent Lane: The North Circular of Leiden
William The Silent is also called Father of our Fatherland. He led the revolt against the Spaniards in the 16th Century.
The Lane has a sort of 1950s feel to it. I don't know what the art work in the front is supposed to be.
Note the Traction Avant on the left.
