2025 Book Blanket

In 2025 I made a crocheted square for each book I read, usually inspired by the cover art. This is the finished blanket. Cider can for scale.
The list of books is at my blog:

Square by square posts were made at Ravelry all year; if you're a Raveler, here's the project link:

Wow - just blown away! This is so cool. You are so multi-talented!
Love that you’re a reader, too.
I don’t have a book blog but I record mine on Librarything - enjoy the reviews there as well.
Have a nice evening, Penny!

Thanks! This was such a fun project--like having a bonus puzzle to solve at the end of every book. :) I'm thinking of doing a fabric/quilting/embroidery version this year--we'll see, it's early days.

Really impressive piece! :)

As for 2025, I can only remember getting all the way through Unlikely Alliances (Zoltan Grossman) and a long-desired reread of Vignettes From The Late Ming (translated by Yang Ye) but I did enjoy them. Maybe there were others I'm just not thinking of at the moment. Now I'm finishing up a book about Abstract Expressionist Lee Krasner. <3
