Caught in the Act (aftermath)

Free newspapers are a curse of modern life The protocol seems to be that you pick one up at the newstand by the train and then leave it on the train or dump it on the platform when you get off the train. By 23:00 the stations are swimming in discarded newspapers

I caught the woman coming off the train at Clapham South station in the other picture bang to rights.

I suppose they fly around with the breeze of emerging trains? I must say I would feel a little vulnerable on a narrow central platform with tracks on both sides. I can imagine it would be easy to get pushed off in the crowds.
