Thanks for the information. I'd even resorted to Instant Streetview to try to find out what the building is.

This isn't a great picture, even with the children's playground photoshopped out, but I've uploaded it to bring my total pictures this year so far to 423, beating my (until then record-beating) 2024 total by 100.

It might be better to tone down your title a little, as the place is still in use as a mental health facility rather than a 'lunatic' asylum. I got chased out for taking photos.
