You're right that the blue is inharmonious (if it's a listed building, I'm surprised it was allowed) and I'd chage it in PhotoShop, except that the "Replace" facility in Ipernity still hasn't been fixed.
That's annoying, as I have a huge back log of photos I need to replace and was planning to start on this soon. I could simply upload the new versions and delete the old ones, but then I would lose any views or comments.
Yes, it is annoying. Ipernity seems to be a very amateur outfit.
I was going to add (about the above) that while they were about it, they might have painted the television aerial and the power cables blue as well, and even the car parked in front.
I quite like the blue door, as it's a focal point in the overall scene, but painting the gate and gable as well is simply a visual irritation, with the eye not knowing which way to look. I hope the residents are reading this!
