For this photo, I found the allegorical Victory figure in this spot from a broken trophy and saved it in my car having come up with an idea for this shoot. I later found the soda can and discarded Gatorade bottles and saved them. The hardest thing was finding discarded lids that would be the proper colors for Olympic rings. Afterwards I put everything together to create this image and then discarded everything except the allegorical Victory figure. Most of the times though, I find everything the same day and put it together without need of saving anything for future use. Thank you for you comment Amelia.

Always do. It's ingrained in me. :) I used to take papers and cardboard to a local recycling plant before it became fashionable back in the '70s as a young kid.
