The whole album consists of 10 Bollène photos :-)
I like those "resistance corners" of France ;-) Something you don't get to see to the same extent in Germany.
The car may have just got lost on its way, perhaps the navigation system hadn't had an update ;-))
You're right, Edna: these corners are also GPS-resistant. GSP company employees may also be afraid of getting lost there (or forbidden to risk their sobriety?! ;)
Having done my national service in Germany, as you know, I can testify that such places of alcoholic delectation, just as resistant to current standards, also exist in your country ;-) Or maybe your country has deteriorated a lot since then...!
Ich fürchte, das Eis ist schon geschmolzen oder auch gegessen...und es kommt wahrscheinlich kein neues mehr nach. Das Schild verkündet jedenfalls noch, was es alles auf jeder Strasse mal gab...
Of course they do, Eric ;-) Just as you remember them ;-))
Yet, the country has also deteriorated, so you'll find more places like these. I always keep my eyes open for them...not necessarily for those that serve alcohol, but for such abandoned and picturesque places. For a long time the French barracks in Rastatt used to be such places, but gradually they have converted been to living and business quarters...how boring ;-))
