..As in 'we have your mail and we are keeping it?!!!' Why the scenes of crime tape Edna? I am intrigued. Of course if you are waiting for mail you could duck under the tape and rest on the chair - if you don't mind being strangled by the tape:))) I see they have disarmed the ladder too!! Maybe in case you want to use it to get in to an upstairs window and collect your mail!!

Oh, I think they were just using the crime tape creatively...so nobody would dare to enter the mailbox company or loot the mailbox. The ladder is, of course, the prime suspect! ;-) And nope, in this case the check's not in the mail(box). And who knows what's going to await you upstairs...it's probably best not to find out ;-))
