Ooh, you're lucky James. I some Hollyhocks in my garden and most of them didn't even produce flowers this year and those that did died ages ago.

This one is a real beauty. I love the vibrant colour of the petals and the detail you've captured is superb. Still a fair bit of pollen there as well.

Definitely worth viewing large. A cracking shot sir!

There is an area on a verge in the village where these seem to flourish they don't grow very well in my garden, the verge in general seems to be in pretty good health despite the weather.
