I'd guess at entering James! Some sort of sewage outflow pipe?
It looks like it's been there for some time..........the seaweed seems well established. I like the clean and clear looking water (which is a relief) and the ripples on the surface.
I'd never have thought taking a photo of this, but somehow it works..!! Nicely done sir!
At first I didn't know if it was some kind of sea creature exiting the sea! lol
The water is usually clearer is on this side of the island other areas aren't so lucky.:-((
I would say exiting James, at least the sewage is! Hopefully it is now devoid of all that or at the worse only overflow from the street grids. Still many of these pipes around going into our coastline and eventually depositing onto our beaches. On the other hand, I know seawater is also taken from the sea for cooling etc to local industry.
